Personal / Non-Profit
"Personal" use is defined as any activity that does not earn any revenue/profit for the individual or owner.
"Non-Profit" use refers to a type of organization or enterprise that does not earn profits for its owners.
"Personal / Non-Profit" downloads have the following restrictions:
-You cannot re-upload the download to any stock photo/graphics site or similar service.
-You cannot resell the download.
-You cannot claim that the downloaded file is your own work or was created by you.
-You cannot use the download for any pornographic material or indecent content containing nudity of any kind.
You can use the commercial license for advertising or financial gain on 1 project per license. You are required to purchase a new license for each project. The commercial license allows you to use the download for commercial use.
"Commercial Use" is defined as any means that generates money / financial gain for the user.
"Project" is defined as 1 (one) usage of the photo. Examples of this include: using the download for 1 (one) brochure design that is mass printed, on your website as a background image or similar element, make 1 (one) t-shirt design to sell. If you use the download for another design than you must purchase another license.
You cannot reuse the download for more than 1 (one) project. You cannot reupload the download to any photo site or similar service. You cannot resell the file as is. You cannot claim the download as your own work or claim you created it.
